All dimensions of my practice meet in Earth Matrix — Psychotherapy, BodyMind Maturation, Dreamwork, and Elemental Chi Kung — held together as a single, coherent field. Within this unique and progressive prism, something new begins to form: a wisdom that already lives within you, that can be felt, trusted, and lived from.

Join when the moment is right

Earth Matrix is a 'slow open' group with up to 8 spaces, running throughout the year. You join when you're ready and stay for 6 months as a minimum commitment, and longer if you choose.

All sessions are online, accessible wherever you are

You’ll be held in a living matrix of practice, ritual, and group process. You will be met, witnessed, and transformed in community, so you can move, choose, and relate from beyond the narrow box of the mind.

About Emma ▼

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and Group Analyst, a Senior BodyMind Maturation Coach, and a certified Elemental Chi Kung teacher. My practice weaves together decades of rigorous training with a progressive, integrative method where body, psyche, and dream move as one.

I’ve supported doctors and practitioners through crisis, taught on MA programmes at Central School of Speech and Drama, and guided many groups into depth. Most importantly, I stand here as a human being who has walked through my own survival self and knows the privilege of being supported. Earth Matrix is the distillation of everything I have lived and trained, been gifted by my teachers and now hold for others.
